Delivery & Shipping Policy
GIFT BOUQUETS LOCALLY DELIVERED IN THE NYC AREA
At Belle Fleur, we’re proud to offer local delivery service throughout the NYC area. To select your preferred delivery date, simply use our online calendar. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is processed. Please note, same-day deliveries are available until 2 PM. Our deliveries are made between 11 AM and 7 PM, with business addresses prioritized first, followed by residential deliveries.
Delivery pricing is as follows:
- Manhattan: $30 per stop (from Wall Street to 99th Street), $50 for deliveries in Upper Manhattan, above 99th Street
- Brooklyn: $65 per stop (via outside messenger service)
- Queens, Long Island City, Hoboken, and Jersey City: $75 per stop
If you need your bouquet delivered within a specific time frame, please include a three-hour window in the Notes section, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For residential addresses without a doorman, we will reach out to the recipient via text to arrange a convenient three-hour window, please be sure to provide the recipient’s mobile number or email. We can keep you informed about the delivery status of there are any issues.
GIFT BOUQUETS GLOBALLY FACILITATED WITH OUR FLORIST AFFILIATES OUTSIDE OF THE NYC AREA
At Belle Fleur, we have cultivated an exclusive and coveted network of the finest florists around the world. This means that when you place an order outside of our local delivery area, we can seamlessly facilitate your request through one of our highly esteemed, vetted, and high-end florist affiliates in most towns and cities globally.
To ensure smooth and timely service, we kindly request 24 hours' notice for domestic orders and 48 hours' notice for international orders. There is a $150 minimum for all global flower deliveries, with an additional $30 delivery fee and $25 service fee. We work closely with our florist affiliates by sharing images of our signature work and providing specific instructions to uphold the high standards we are known for. While we cannot guarantee that the bouquet will match the Belle Fleur style, we can assure you that each order is handled with the utmost care and attention from start to finish.
For a successful outcome, it’s crucial to provide the recipient’s mobile number and/or email address, as our affiliate florists will not accept orders without this information. We’ll be in touch with you every step of the way to ensure your order is fulfilled to your satisfaction.
BOX OF BLOOMS SHIPPED VIA FEDEX
To ensure your Box of Blooms are received at a timely manner, orders must be placed by Friday at Noon EST. Shipments are sent from our Belle Fleur studio in NYC via FedEx Overnight Priority and will be delivered between Tuesday and Friday of the chosen week.
You can specify a future delivery week using our calendar. If you'd like your Box of Blooms to arrive on a specific week, please select your preferred week when placing the order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and once the delivery is made. If you’d like the recipient to be notified ahead of time, please check the box to include their notification.
ALL FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS
When placing an order for our fragrance products, please note that they will ship from our New York distribution center within 72 hours after the order is placed. All products are shipped via FedEx Ground, and we currently offer shipping within the USA only. We will ensure to track your package until it is successfully delivered.
Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of the product(s). We also offer expedited shipping—please contact us directly for any rush deliveries. For deliveries within Manhattan, we offer a messenger service within 48 hours for a $30 fee.
